Introducing Ms. Dashai, the esteemed Executive Director at our school, whose remarkable journey in the childcare industry spans over three decades. Ms. Dashai began her career at Brentwood Child Care at the age of 17, setting the foundation for her enduring commitment to early childhood education.
Driven by her passion, Ms. Dashai pursued her early childhood education degree from Wake Technical Community College and subsequently obtained her director license. She served as the Center's Director for an impressive 15 years before taking ownership in September 2013. Since then, she has been the guiding force behind our center's success.
Ms. Dashai attributes her ability to work with children and their families to the divine providence of God. With an unwavering passion for her staff, the children, and their families, she has witnessed the program's growth and evolution. Her more than 30 years of experience in the childcare industry reflect her dedication to creating a positive and nurturing environment.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Ms. Dashai considers it an honor to serve and be a part of the lives of the beautiful families in our community. Motivated by her innate desire to serve the less fortunate, she actively uses available resources to reach out to the community, embodying the values of sharing and giving that she was raised with.

Meet Ms. Shante', the dedicated Lead Administrator at our school. Her journey with Brentwood Child Care began when she graduated from our Pre-K Program, and she quickly became an integral part of our community. Starting at the young age of 16, Ms. Shante' took on various roles within the center, from Lifeguard to Floater and Office Assistant. Her commitment to childcare led her to Garner Academy, our sister center, where she served as the Assistant Director for a year before stepping into the role of Director for five years.
With nearly 20 years of experience in the childcare industry, Ms. Shante' has developed a deep love for working with children and their families. She cherishes every moment of her work, embodying a passion for creating a positive and nurturing environment for all. She is recognized as a remarkable leader shaping the future of our little ones with care and dedication!
Introducing our School's Office Manager,
Mr. Khalil, a proud graduate of Brentwood Child Care's Pre-K Program in 2005. After completing his high school education at Wakefield High School in the class of 2020, Mr. Khalil joined our center as an Office Assistant. Dedicated and hardworking, he quickly rose through the ranks, earning a promotion to the position of Office Manager in May of 2023.
Currently, Mr. Khalil is pursuing a degree in finance from Southern New Hampshire University, showcasing his commitment to continuous learning and professional development.Beyond his academic pursuits, Mr. Khalil takes immense pride in serving the community and is deeply passionate about witnessing the growth of the families he interacts with on a daily basis. He strives to be valued member of our team, contributing to the success and positive atmosphere at our school!
Allow us to introduce you to Tania Wilkins.
She is a student at North Carolina Central University, majoring in sports medicine and has a passion for helping others. Tania is a dedicated individual who holds the positions of Office Assistant, Mentor Teacher, and Floater. She recently joined Brentwood Child Care in September 2021 and working with each child has been a wonderful experience for her. Tania is grateful for the opportunity to be a part of your child's journey at Brentwood Child Care, and thanks you for trusting the organizationwith your child's education.
Meet Mrs. Vivian Brown, who has been with the Brentwood Child Care Center for about 35 years. She primarily works with children aged Three and Four years. Mrs. Brown holds an associate's degree in human services, a social work degree, and an early childhood certificate. She is a firm believer in Jesus Christ and her purpose is to be a positive influence on others. She thoroughly enjoys working with the children under her care and believes that each child is unique and special. She aims to be the best teacher possible, providing a safe and loving environment for all the children.
Meet Mrs. Marie Annette McCoy Gardner, our Pre-K teacher, who has been a part of our school for over 6 years. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education and started her career in child care in Wake County in 1983. Throughout her decades-long tenure, she has had the privilege of working with countless children and cherishes every moment. Her heartfelt wish is that every child she has the honor of working with will continue to thrive and be blessed in their life's journey.
Meet Peggy Johnson,
Our Two-Year-Old Teacher with an Associate's Degree in Early Childhood. She has over 15 years of experience in childcare and has been working with us for 7 years. Peggy loves working with children and watching them grow.
Meet Ms. Angie Mullins, a true Virginia girl born and raised. Her educational journey led her to Shaw University, where she earned a degree in Adaptive Physical Education and Kinesiology in 1989. Falling in love with Raleigh after graduation, she decided to make it her home.
Ms. Angie has dedicated over 25 years to Brentwood Child Care, sharing her passion for teaching and making a positive impact on countless young lives. Beyond her role at Brentwood, she has also contributed 18 years to Wake County Public Schools.
To the little ones, she's affectionately known as Ms. Angel. Her life's passion revolves around teaching, and she firmly believes that every child is special.
Meet Mrs. Madina Noori,
Our toddler room teacher. She was born in Kabul, Afghanistan and completed her education in Social Studies for three years. It has been almost three years since she moved to Raleigh, North Carolina in the United States. Mrs. Noori has been working with children for five years and is passionate about creating a positive learning environment where children can explore, create, and grow. She finds it a privilege to be part of shaping their early years and helping them reach their full potential. Thank you for taking the time to get to know her, and she is excited to continue this meaningful journey.

Ms.Ramona, is a proud Brooklyn native who made Raleigh, NC, her home since
August 2005. I spent a decade working at Dunkin' Donuts before joining the Brentwood Child Care family in April 2015, where she proudly serves as our
Child Nutritionist.
Beyond her professional role, she's a devoted mother to four beautiful girls—Tyler, Taylor, Tiyanna, and Tajianae. Her journey at Brentwood Child Care has been incredibly rewarding, and she finds joy in working with the children every day! Looking forward to continued growth and positive experiences with our wonderful community.
Meet Ms. Kassandria.
She has been with Brentwood Child Care for five years, starting as a driver and now working as an Infant-Toddler Room Floater. She is passionate about working with children. And always loves coming to support the center when she can.
